About the Sewickley After Dark Tour
Join Meghan Snatchko, writer and founder of GetLostPGH, for Sewickley After Dark — a haunted history walking tour in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. As night falls, you’ll explore the borough’s most notorious locations and uncover the true crime stories that shaped this historic river town.

What You’ll Experience
Unlike traditional history books, this tour blends storytelling with historical research. We’ll walk past Prohibition-era speakeasies, crime scenes, and haunted corners of Sewickley. Along the way, I’ll share accounts from newspapers, police records, and court documents, so every stop feels alive with the past.

In addition, you’ll hear about:

  • Shocking family tragedies that shook the community
  • Ordinary streets that became the backdrop for extraordinary crimes
  • Local legends and eerie stories that still linger today

Route & Distance
The route covers about 2.6 miles starting at the Sewickley Public Library. Because Sewickley was mapped out by Daniel Leet, the streets are winding and full of character. You’ll need comfortable shoes and a flashlight.

Tickets & Registration
You must register in advance to attend. Tickets cost $5 per person (ages 10+). All sales are final, and refunds aren’t available. However, if weather conditions are unsafe, the tour will be rescheduled.

👉 Before we begin, copies of Sewickley Secrets (my book of hidden borough history) will be available for purchase.
