$1.50 per photo with a $20 cap. If I find fewer, I’ll refund the difference after approval.

$2.50 per photo with a $40 cap. Refund if fewer than the cap.

$18 per photo, capped at $120. If I find fewer than the cap, I refund the difference after you approve your PDF

If you wonder who lived in your house, how the neighborhood changed, or why certain features exist, I help you find the answers and shape them into a story you will want to keep. I currently offer this service to those living in the Greater Pittsburgh Area

Lead time and communication

After purchase, I confirm within 3 business days. Most projects take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on available records. If you have a deadline for a gift or event, tell me and I will try to prioritize your project.
